Usually I have : My patients stay on their current meds with the exception of aspirin, coumadin, (warfarin) fish oil and vit e. But don't take your meds just before starting the prep as you will flush them out and thus will be ineffective. To be safe you should discuss this with your endoscopist in advance of the prep.
