could i have a compression fracture if neuropathy pain suddenly got so severe in my right leg , hip and shin bone in excruciating pain for 7 days nons?

Possible: These are symptoms consistent of nerve impingement somewhere. A compression fracture is one potential cause especially if you have fallen. Regardless of the cause, you should seek medical care. If you loose control of your bowel, bladder or go numb in the genitals please get to an emergency room.
