Yes: Yes it could be, but tingling could be from a number of reasons. It could be the way you slept, your routine sitting position may be impinging a nerve, a foreign body pressing against a nerve, vitamin B12 deficiency, etc. Please get evaluated as the causes could be numerous. Best of luck.

Possibly: There are a variety of reasons you could be having tingling in your foot. Poor blood flow and diabetes are possibilities. Nerve root compression in the low back is also a possibility. Get an evaluation by primary care and you may benefit from interventional pain management or if symptoms are severe, surgery.

Yes plus more: Yes back pain can cause a problem but you should also consider a peripheral neuropathy. Please see a neurologist to sort out these issues. Be well and good wishes.
