Had appendix removed, couldn't pee. have some right side pain under ribs. more on the side when breathe. threw up what i drank. this normal?

GO back to ER: If you are discharged home after appendectomy , some times even in young will have post operative urinary retention due to anesthetic medications , you need temporary urinary catheterization , go to er you will be fine call your surgeon also.
