Cherish great times: Your experience of grief is normal given the circumstances. As hard as it may be, try your best to spend quality time with your husband and your family and cherish the great times you have lived together. If you are the only caregiver, get support from other family members or additional people who can help you avoid caregiver burnout. Seek a consult if you have a history of depression or anxiety.
