Which is the best ocp for a nulliparous? and is it safe to take norethisterone for continuous 12days for the postponement of menses?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low dose: I recommend low dose (20mcg estrdiol) for women starting out on birth control. You have all the benefits and hopefully minimal side effects. Unfortunately, not every pill works for every woman and it's difficult to say which pill will work for you. I like Mircette (ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel) or kariva. And yes, definitely safe to take continuous to postpone menses!
