A member asked:

The doctor said to change the dressing on my friction burn every other day, but by then, the dressing is dried out and sticking to wound. there is no pus, infection or excess fluid leakage. should i change it more frequently?

Good : Means no spreading infection , if dressings are getting struck , before changing soak them with saline then pull them out , then replace with new dressings , then will have less pain.

You can change daily: If you feel it will be better than ask your doctor if it is ok to change dressing daily.
