Head injury: Did you lose consciousness? You can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. Headache/ pressure of head? Are you unable to recall what happened? Do you feel dizzy or have ringing in the ears? Confusion or slurred speech? Nausea or vomiting? Extreme fatigue? If you believe you have a concussion please seek medical care.

See Your doctor: Persistent headache after a head injury should be checked out. It may not be anything serious but you should be on the safe side and speak with your doctor.
