: While stress (emotional, school, work) can delay ovulation, which will delay onset of menstruation, if pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain, and see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing, as tubal (ectopic) pregnancy is not prevented by IUD's.
