Severe sleep deprive: You are suffering from severe sleep deprivation. You should get in to see you family doctor on an emergency basis asap, see a psychiatrist, or see a sleep disorders specialist. With so little sleep, i think this would even warrant an er appointment if necessary, especially if you are withdrawing from something, but even if you are not.
