SPF: Spf means sun protection factor. Really, it's not your age that drives what spf you choose, it's your skin type and tendency to get sunburn. Eg: if you are caucasion and have red hair and lots of freckles, better to go to a high spf, like 50. Studies have not shown a significant increase in protection with products higher than 50. Conversely, if you have darker skin, you don't need that high.
