Food Questions: First, rice is over 60% sugar calories. So, it can play a limited role in a diet, but it cannot be the main source of your calories if you want a healthy diet. Second, you answered your own question in that you do not tolerate this as a diet choice. Why would you continue to eat something that is causing you problems?
