Some thing wrong: To have this symptoms indicate some wrong in the knee, also cracking indicate the same things.

Knee pain after ACLU: If you had a patella tendon bone-tendon-bone autograft it is possible to develop patellar chondromalacia(cartilage deterioration on back of kneecap). You should consult with your surgeon fo further evaluation.
