Almost: New name (slightly), relatively new concept, in use, but not coded at this time. In men it is - called priapism. Persistent gad involves spontaneous, persistent, and uncontrollable genital arousal in women, with or without orgasm or genital engorgement, unrelated to any feelings of sexual desire. Best!
