A member asked:

Would i have a less chance of going bald if i have coarse hair rather than fine hair? (cause i have thick coarse hair, like my non bald dad)

This may surprise : There is a sort of baldness that is inherited from the mother - even though she doesn't show it even as thin hair. It still runs through the x chromosome to her children and it shows in the male children as a type of pattern baldness. But yes. Having a father you describe and being as you describe yourself - you are not likely to go bald. Just don't bet your life on it. ;-).
