Atrophic lining: When women are on birth control pills, the lining of the uterus becomes very thinned. This is especially true on low dose pills such as yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol). You might benefit from a slightly higher dose pill. Talk with your ob/gyn. This is very common and easily addressed.
