Indirectly. The: Immune system is challenged during uti's and oral ulcers can be linked to that challenge. Uti's are not a specific direct cause. You need physician exam/treatment/meds/followup for the uti. Let your dental professional eval the mouth ulcer and recommend treatments. Make sure it's an ulcer and not something else. There are several treatment options for the ulcer problem. Good luck!

No: urinary Tract Infections should not cause mouth ulcers. So now you have 2 problems that require attention. See your Physician or an OBGyn to deal with your UTI. See your Dentist to evaluate your mouth lesions, determine their cause, and provide appropriate treatment.
