Yes.: On aug, 15, 2013: 11, 777 people who have urinary tract infection were studied. Among them, 41 (0.35%) have mouth ulceration. Make sure to see your md to get medication to help get rid of both! only way to get rid of them. Good luck!

Indirectly. The: Immune system is challenged during uti's and oral ulcers can be linked to that challenge. Uti's are not a specific direct cause. You need physician exam/treatment/meds/followup for the uti. Let your dental professional eval the mouth ulcer and recommend treatments. Make sure it's an ulcer and not something else. There are several treatment options for the ulcer problem. Good luck!
