Dry eye, allergy: If the blurry vision clears after you blink, you may have dry eye or allergy. At age 45, you may have eye strain from presbyopia and need reading glasses. In the early stages, presbyopia can cause blurred vision both up close and when looking in to the distance. The above problems are common and mild. There are more serious causes so you should see a specialist eye md (ophthalmologist).
