Knee : Sensation from popliteal artery can be felt as a pulsing sensation in a small percentage of normal people . It could be associated with abnormalities of popliteal blood vessels, in bakery's cyst due to synovial fluid in back of the knee to name a few . Get it followed with your doctor.
