Glycerin suppository: Suppository should provide a temporary relief. In case your baby has been constipated for a while, consult your baby's pediatrician for a long-term management.

Can't or won't?: Babies don't have to poop every day. Some will poop with every feeding, whereas some breastfed babies may only poop every few days. As long as the stool is not hard and the baby continues to feed well without really straining to poop, there probably isn't a problem. However, if you're concerned, see the pediatrician so he or she can check the belly and offer further guidance as needed.
