Marketing: These are both mixtures of simple chemicals that you get in a reasonable diet anyway. You can have more fun getting arginine from lean protein, caffeine from coffee, and magnesium from green vegetables. The one interesting molecule is beta-alanine, which is a precursor in the carnosine pathway in muscle and could perhaps have a real effect; it can cause paresthesias at high doses. Looks safe to me.
