Yes but: Do not work your muscles too often. Your muscles require 2-4 days of rest after a workout. You are better served (most likely) by working out different muscles and muscle groups on different days. Acute exercise has a catabolic effect (breaking down), during the recovery phase there will be an anabolic effect (building up). You must allow this cycle to be completed to maximize results.
