Possibly: Tea does have health benefits sometimes. It would depend on what you want to benefit and how the product was processed. I don't think there is any data on this.

Beware: Snapple e has a lot of sugar in it. And if you drink a lot, more than 1 bottle a day, this can cause tooth decay and erosion. Even sugar free variety has high acids which will cause tooth problems check out some herbal teas for more health benefits. And drink more water.
