See below: Diet doesn't mean organic, natural, healthy, or safe. All it means is that there are less calories than the "original". Usually, this is done with artificial sweeteners. Read the label for all of the ingredients. Diet sodas and flavored drinks are not healthy and provide no nutrition at all. The best "diet" drink is water (no additives).
