No: I'm sorry anyone told you something so foolish. They're good for you and for baby, but if you have acne while you are pregnant, your best choice is topical benzoyl peroxide.

I would also recommend a diet rich in fruits and veggies (antioxidants), omega three fish oils and probiotics.
