It happens: Cheek bites can happen during eating, or chewing things like gum, during teeth grinding, because of a broken tooth or a bad bite, clenching during the daytime or nighttime or a habit. Once you bite your cheek there is some swelling and it is easy to do it again. So be careful. Cheek bites heal quickly, just a few days.
