Yes, maybe.: Itching can be due to allergies but there are other diseases that can make you itchy, like liver dysfunction. You should make an appointment with an allergist to make sure you don't have any risk factors or physical finding suggestive of a more serious underlying condition. If not, they will try treating you with antihistamines.
