Maybe: Veins do not twitch but an artery will pulsate and it is not uncommon to see arterial pulsations in the temporal area. Also, since the temporal artery and temporal veins are very close together in this area, the pulsation of the artery may make it seem as if the vein is pulsating. You should see a vein specialist for a thorough evaluate.
