Kidney/liver: Hi pansona1! The organ right under your right lower ribs is your liver, and the gallbladder is nestled within the liver. The liver helps detoxify your blood and the gallbladder makes bile, which helps digest your food. Towards your back, though, is your right kidney, which makes your urine.
