Before anything else: The cause of your cold feet must be diagnosed. There can be several reasons for cold feet including poor circulation, peripheral neuropathy, vasospastic disease, and even some arthritic conditions can do this. Start by going to your pmd who will make a recommendation for you to see an appropriate specialist. Once we have a diagnosis, then we can find a suitable treatment.

Cold feet: To treated you have to find out what is causing . Is it circulatory?, is is neurological? . Go to your primary doctor to have it checked and get referred to the appropriate specialist.
