Various reasons: Talk to your pcp or go to the podiatrist to discuss this. There are different reasons why feet can "feel" cold. They may physically be exposed to extreme temperatures. There may be issues associated with circulation resulting in compromised blood flow to the feet. There may be a problem with the nerves which are your sensors that detect temperature. Sorry, your question is a bit broad.
