Unlikely: Lymph nodes get enlarged usually from infection, inflammation or cancer. Pain from hemrrhoids can cause some inflammation but usually does not lead to genital lns.

Usually not: But an abscess around the anus which can resemble a hemorrhoid, can cause inguinal adenopathy indicating an infection. This requires urgent diagnosis and treatment.
