What does mono % and monos abs represent on a blood test and what does it mean if they are high?

Infection status: A mono spot test may indicate a present acute infection, the presence of antibodies in your blood may indicate you had mononucleosis in the past. If the clinical picture of mono is present, best to have the test repeated a short time later.
