No-Chlamydia is...: The bacteria causing infection is caused by chlamydia trachomatis, serovars a, b, ba, and c. It can cause an eye infection called chronic follicular conjunctivitis. It is primarily spread by person-to-person transmission by ocular and respiratory secretions. However, it can also be spread by insect vectors like a housefly.
