Inverted nipples: Can occur after reduction procedures and if this has happened to you, discuss your options with your surgeon. Usually its just some tissue that is pulling on the nipple from how things were rearranged at your surgery. Simple solutions do exist if needed.

This can happen: Inverted nipples after breast reduction can happen. It usually resolves after time. Check with your surgeon to see if there is something that can be done to correct the inversion. How long ago was the breast reduction?. If the inversion is recent and a long time after the reduction you should see your doctor to do a breast exam. A breast cancer can cause the nipple to become inverted.

Follow up with doc: Most likely a temporary inconvenience. This should improve as edema resolves and the breast tissue resolved. Following up with your surgeon is the best way to be sure.
