How long does pain last after crown lengthening?

It depends: It depends. If only tissue was removed healing should take more quickly and the pain form the procedure should diminish in 2-6 days. If the bone was recontoured also then it will take longer, maybe 5-14 days.

Time varies...: But, i'd imagine anywhere from a couple of days to a week.

Varies: 1 to 14 days for normal discomfort from the surgery. Root sensitivity from exposed root can last indefinitely.
