1,2,3,3,4,5,6,7,8,10: That depends upon the position of the tooth, the angle of the tooth, the shape of the roots, the amount of root formation, how impacted the tooth is, the skill of the surgeon, your pain threshold and how well you deal with pain\trauma. Some are 1, some 10 & most somewhere in the middle. You feel nothing during the procedure. Discuss this issue with your own surgeon who can give you a better answer.
