How do you diminish pain caused from prosthetics?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: If you mean pain from an artificial limb, you need to work with the prosthetist to determine the cause of the pain. Often it requires an adjustment in the prosthesis or change in the way the prosthesis is kept in place. Other causes are the presence of a neuroma in the distal limb which is a bundle of abnormal nerves. There are various treatments for this. Other causes are not enough soft tissue.
