Worth a try: either of these over-the-counter remedies may be worth a try for abdominal distention, although they are unlikely to succeed. If you have persistent distention despite trying these simple remedies, see your doctor.

Both of those products work to,prevent or restrict the gas effect. Why not start some Probiotics, and keep records on foods that disagree with you. White potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant, red meats, gluten, milk products, and peanuts all can irritate stomach area and are foods to avoid on a IBS diet, keep good records and you will lean to avoid foods that cause you gas or cramps.
