Big difference : An abortion clinic provides abortion services. It may also be called a family planning clinic. A pregnancy support center, often called a crisis pregnancy center, does not provide abortions. A crisis pregnancy center usually is a religiously affiliated group which offers free counseling to women to help them find alternatives to having an abortion.
