Several things: Scans can't diagnose pcos; it's a clinical diagnosis. Oosure is a vitamin supplement, which won't hurt you but won't help either. Get a second opinion, use diet and exercise to lose weight, consider metformin if you really do have pcps. Did you have any problem getting pregnant your prior to pregnancies? Have you had irregular periods before? Recent weight gain?
