Suicide Attempt: It is vital in a family not to sweep this suicide attempt under any rug. It must be addressed full on. This person needs to be seen by a mental health specialist asap. Your family physician can help you arrange this. Suicidal activities are part of the pain of living and this person needs to get past this as an option in trying to end their life.

Blood pressure: 13 pills of lisinopril/hctz combination can certainly cause problems and would qualify as an overdose. Should get to the hospital for observations and treatment if necessary.
