Really??: If this is a legitimate question and you just started bleeding from your 'bum' two months ago it does not matter if there is bright red blood or very dark stools. You need to go to your pcp asap to determine the diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Rectal bleeding: This is concerning. I see you are on aspirin. You will need to discuss stopping it with your doctor unless it is vital for you to be on it, because it can definitely contribute to your rectal bleeding. I see you tried barium enema study but could not complete. I would guess colonoscopy would be next in line. Discuss it with your doc.
