Do they do acupuncture for headaches?

Yes: There are many different modalities for treating headaches. These treatments range from prescription meds to over the counter meds to herbal meds and supplements. Also there are nonmedicinal remedies, among these are acupuncture and relaxation techniques. Much of the treatment of headaches depends on the cause and of course if more than few days or getting worse, should be seen.
