You should go to the: Closest er now as you most likely have a fecal impaction and it will need to be removed and you may end up getting admitted 20 days is way too long.

Must see Dr. or ER: This sounds potentially dangerous. Get to a doctor, urgent care or even an er as soon as possible. You do not want your intestine to rupture or become immobile. Just do it. Now. Best wishes for a good outcome (couldn't resist - sorry). Really, get help. Then make sure you drink enough water - 6-8 glasses a day. Eat more fruit & veggies, avoid fried foods, exercise or move about as much as possible.
