30 minutes: The foam does not leave a residue .It can be used while still wet and maybe more effective because it is left in longer.

Psoriasis: Usually the foam is applied twice daily for a 2-week course. Best way to use is to shower first and then apply to the scalp afterwards. Goal is to keep it on as long as possible.
