Wanting to know why my grandson who lives us has fowl smelling pale bowel motions and passing wind non stop, he is 5yrs old?

Multiple causes: If these symptoms are chronic he could have a food allergy or sensitivity, most commonly these are to dairy products or glutens. Or if this is new he might have a bacterial, viral, or parasitic gut infection. Does he have any pain, or fever? He should see a doctor, have some stool and possibly blood tests, and possibly food sensitivity testing if those are negative.
