History of low cortisol. feeling bad for months acth low. going to endo in the a.m. can't take steroids. what else would be the treatment for this?

Nothing else.: If your cortisol is quite low only cortisone or other steroid can make you feel better. A low acth suggests there is a pituitary problem which the endocrinologist can check.
