In some women it can: It depends on your ovarian function and u also need estrogen and progetserone gel with the Clomid (clomiphene) and u may need a HCG injection, and if the Clomid (clomiphene) does not make u ovulate you need to go up to a higher dose or u may need shots, u never use the same dose more than 1 month if u do not ovulate please discuss with your gyn or reproductive endocrinologist.
