No: Taking Furosemide will increase the sodium, chloride, potassium in your urine as well as the amount of urine you make. To increase the amount of urine you make to the point that you dilute the concentration of alcholol in your urine would be dangerous and would risk serious dehydration as well as electrolyte losses.
